A native Floridian, Kathryn Smith, Esq., pursued her education on the west coast, obtaining her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, in 1989, and her law degree from the University of California, Davis, in 1992. As an experienced litigator, Kathy has represented clients in matters including consumer, commercial and business litigation, banking law, real estate transactions and litigation and homeowner association law.
